This is an application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioner, who has been arrested in connection with Special NDPS Case No. 46/2021, under Sections 21(c)/29 of NDPS Act, 1985, arising out of NCB Crime No. 08/2021, pending before the Court of Special Judge, Kamrup, Amingaon.
