GUWAHATI, India, May 2 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on April 2:
Heard Mr. S. Dey , the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of State respondent no. 1.
It is informed by learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the Special PP is not available in the Court.
However, it is submitted by Mr. Dey that he is in interim pre-arrest bail.
Considering his submission, let the matter be listed after Bihu vacation on a date to be fixed by the Registry and till then the interim protection of the petitioner be extended.
