2. Both the petitions, being Criminal Petition No. 402/2023 and Criminal Petition No. 390/2023 are disposed of by this common Judgment and Order. 3. The petitioner, Rajpal Walia has filed applications under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC, for short), with prayer to set aside and quash the criminal proceedings of Complaint Case Nos. 4033c /2019 and 1339c /2021, respectively. The respondent in both the cases is Sri Rajeev Mehrotra.
