The Ministry of Tourism through its scheme of "Capacity Building for Service Providers (CBSP)" conducts job oriented short term skill programmes through various institutes across the country, including Bihar.
The main objective of this initiative is to train and up-grade manpower at every strata of tourism service providers in order to capitalize the vast tourism potential of the country to the fullest and provide professional expertise to the local populace.
