India, March 15 -- District Court of New Delhi issued text of the following judgement:
Present : Sh. Arun Kumar Verma and Sh. Rajender Singh, Ld. Counsels for the plaintiff
As per the report of the Ahlmad, summons sent through speed post at the Mohan Garden address could not be served since no such persons reside at the provided addresses.
As per his report, the Process Server could not serve summons at the Vasant Kunj address since the premises was found locked.
Ld. Counsels for the plaintiff request that fresh summons be issued for service at the Vasant Kunj address.
Request is allowed.
On filing of PF & RC, issue fresh summons for service upon defendants no. 1, 2 and 3 at their Vasant Kunj address.
