Information sought and background of the case:
The Appellant filed anRTI application dated 20.04.2022 seeking information on 3 points regarding petrol pump allotted to Anu Bala w/o Deepak, Location-Jal Phar, Block Bapoli, Panipat as under:
"1. When the above allotted petrol pump was given stock by ICOL for the first time.
2. When the actual sale of petroleum products was started by the petrol pump to the customers for the first time
3. What is the first generated bill of delivery of petrol by mentioning its date and amount."
