Information sought and background of the case:
The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 12.10.2023 seeking information on following points: "It was informed that quotations for repairing pillar No. 55 at Indira Nagar had been invited with last date for acceptance on 08.08.2023 vide ref: no. LC/DGM(A)RTI 36/2023/9 dated Kohi-16 29th Sept 2023.
In this connection, the name and address of the contractor to whom the work awarded the date one which the work has to be completed along with a copy of agreement executed between the contractor and the deptt. may kindly be provided under the RTI Act, 2005."
