Information sought and background of the case:
The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 22.12.2022 seeking information on the following points:-
"Within the District of Paschim Bardhaman, P.S. Raniganj. Mouza - Nimcha,
(i) L.R. Plot Nos. 2270 (Two thousand two hundred seventy), measuring area 0.33 (Zero point three three) Acre.
(ii) L.R. Plot Nos. 2272 (Two thousand two hundred seventy two), measuring area 0.05 (Zero point zero five) Acre. Total area of the aforesaid two plot is 0.38 (Zero point three eight) Acre of land.
