CENTRAL INFORMATION COMMISSION ISSUES DECISION ON MAHENDRA KUMAR SARASWAT V/S CPIO: KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA SANGATHAN, AGRA, UP

India, April 22 -- Central Information Commission issued text of the following decision on March 24:

1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 06.04.2023 seeking information on the following points:

1) Kindly provided attested photocopy of the orders issued on 15/05/2021 and 19/05/2021 to the teachers, who were instructed to prepare board result of class 10 during summer vacation in compliance of Order No. F 110334/1/2021- 22/KVS(Hqrs)/Acad./ Dated 28/04/2021, to leave station by the Principal KV 2 Agra Cantt. Agra.
