India, April 18 -- Central Information Commission issued text of the following decision on March 18:
1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 23.04.2024 seeking information on the following points:
(i) Sh. Arun Kumar S/o. Sh. Ram Fakeeray working as an employee. Provide his appointment letter and his education document.
2. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 16.05.2024 and the same is reproduced as under:- Information sought is third party information and hence, denied under Section 8(1)(j) of RTI Act, 2005.
