1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 26.08.2023 seeking information on the following points:
As per the letter no.101-18/CGHS/Kol/card/2023/7825 dt. 09/08/2023 (copy enclosed) of Additional Director Kolkata to Deputy Commissioner Kolkata Region, it is clearly mentioned that excluding teachers of KVS from CGHS facilities was a policy decision of KVS and not MoHFW.
(i) Please provide me with a Xerox copy of the letter of KVS policy which includes teachers of KVS from CGHS facilities.
