AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 22 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 21:
1. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter is coming for hearing before the Hon'ble Apex Court on 23.02.2026. Paragraph Nos.14 & 15 of the interim order passed by this Court dated 28.07.2025 have been stayed by the Hon'ble Apex Court on 25.11.2025. On 23.12.2025 considering the order of Hon'ble Apex Court following order was passed: "Paragraph Nos.14 and 15 of the interim order passed by this Court dated 28.07.2025 in both the appeals has been stayed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in S.L.P(C).Nos.32071-32072 of 2025 vide order, dated 28.07.2025.
