AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 9 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 8:
1. This Contempt Case has been filed complaining the willful disobedience of the respondents in implementing the order dated 01.11.2021 in W.P.No.25065 of 2021.
2. During the course of hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has placed a letter dated 12.12.2025 addressed to the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation by the Executive Engineer, N.S.J.C. O&M & SIFT Division, Vinukonda and would submit that an amount of Rs.7,43,425/- was paid to the petitioner on 31.03.2024.
