AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 9 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 8:
1. Today, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2. Sri N. Satish, learned counsel representing on behalf of respondents, states that the main writ petition was disposed of by an order, dated 27.11.2024.
3. In view of the same, and recording the submission of learned counsel for the respondents, the Contempt Case is closed.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
