AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 9 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 8:
The above contempt case is filed complaining violation of order dated 27.12.2023 in W.P.No.34575 of 2022.
Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that order in the writ petition has been complied with.
Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is Dismissed. No costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
