AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 9 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 8:
1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not in touch with him and, therefore, seeks permission of this Court to close the matter with liberty to seek review, if necessary, on the basis of fresh instructions. 2. Permission is accorded. 3. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh application on the basis of fresh instructions. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
