NEW DELHI, June 1 -- We are in the midst of the pandemic COVID-19; it has gripped the world, in a manner which no other catastrophe, calamity or crisis has done before. The defining quantum is the 'unknown'; no one knows how and where and in what manner it will strike. As of today, nobody knows when it will end.
