Aligarh, May 31 -- Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) continues to play a proactive role in shaping a healthier, more conscious future by sensitizing its youth and community about the dangers of tobacco use. In alignment with this vision, the Ahmadi School for the Visually Challenged, run by AMU, observed World No Tobacco Day with great commitment and purpose.

On this occasion, all teaching and non-teaching staff took a collective pledge, reinforcing their support for this year's theme-"Bright Products: Exposing the Industry's Tactics to Market Tobacco and Nicotine Products." The campaign focused on raising awareness about the deceptive strategies employed by the tobacco industry to target vulnerable populations, especially the youth.
