Hyderabad, Nov. 19 -- Celebrating the rich culture of Bengali cinema, Hyderabad Bangalee Samity in association with the Tourism and Culture Government of Telangana, Moving Images and UtsabCultural Association is all set to present the 3rd edition of Telangana Bengali Film Festival in the city.
