India, April 9 -- PALS, an initiative by IIT alumni, successfully concluded the finals of the first edition of the ACDC (Aquatic Cleanup Drone Challenge) Hackathon at the "Discovery" campus of IIT Madras in Thaiyur, Chennai. This one-of-a-kind aquatic robotics competition brought together eight student teams from six engineering colleges, showcasing cutting-edge prototypes designed to tackle the growing issue of water pollution. The event was co-hosted and supported by Deepcyan Software (Mumbai), Cu-Circuits (Chennai), and the International Centre for Clean Water (ICCW), reflecting a strong multi-disciplinary collaboration.
