ALIGARH, Dec. 29 -- day National Hands-On Workshop on "Non-Mammalian Models in Research with Emphasis on the 3Rs Principles (Replacement, Reduction and Refinement)" was inaugurated on December 26 at the Department of Zoology, Aligarh Muslim University. The workshop aims to promote ethical, innovative and sustainable research practices through the use of non-mammalian model organisms.
The programme is being organised under the chief patronage of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Naima Khatoon and the patronage of Prof. Nafees Ahmad Khan, Dean, Faculty of Life Sciences.
