Rourkela, March 1 -- National Science Day 2025 was grandly celebrated today at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela, with over 300 students participating in a talk titled "The Emergence of Quantum Technology for the 21st Century" by Prof. Prasanta K. Panigrahi (Former Director, IISER Kolkata). The event marked the commemoration of the discovery of the Raman Effect by the eminent Indian physicist and Nobel Prize Awardee, Sir C. V. Raman.
