India, Dec. 5 -- Four projects led by Monash researchers have been announced as sharing in $5.1 million worth of grant awards, as a part of the Australian Research Council (ARC)'s Linkage Infrastructure, Equipment and Facilities (LIEF) scheme.
The ARC LIEF scheme aims to provide funding for research infrastructure, equipment and facilities to provide support for collaboration opportunities between universities and industry, with a total of 25 projects from throughout Australia funded through the scheme's latest round.
Monash's result is its best in more than five years, tying with UNSW for the highest number of awards in the latest round of the LIEF scheme, and leading the nation for total amount funded.
