ALIGARH, May 29 -- Mohd. Habib Hall, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), organized a felicitation ceremony to honour four resident scholars who were recently awarded Ph.D. degrees by the University.

The scholars who received their doctoral degrees included Saif Ahmad (Department of Botany) for his research on "GABA and Hydrogen Peroxide Mediated Response of Solanum Lycopersicum Under Salt Stress"; Mohd Amir (Department of Biochemistry) for "Biophysical Studies on Interaction of Serum Albumin with Anti-Cancer Drugs"; Azhar Nawaz (Department of English) for his dissertation titled "Politics of Marital Space in Select Contemporary Indian English Novels"; and Ehtesham Akther (Department of Mathematics) for his work on "Generalized Convexity on ...
