Jammu, July 10 -- day Staff Training Programme, Align and Aspire, with a grand valedictory ceremony held on 9th July 2025. The programme, conducted from 7th to 9th July 2025, aimed to build institutional capacity by aligning the staff with the Institute's core values, enhancing their professional competencies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence. The valedictory ceremony of the training programme took place on 9th July 2025 at the Vivekananda Classroom and was graced by Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu.
