ALIGARH, Oct. 18 -- ALIGARH : A postgraduate research project from the Department of Periodontia and Community Dentistry, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmad Dental College, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), has been awarded financial support by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) under the Department of Health Research (DHR) programme.
The study aims to explore innovative molecular approaches for the early detection of oral cancer among individuals with tobacco exposure, marking a significant step toward enhancing preventive and diagnostic strategies in oral health and oncology.
