India, Dec. 2 -- A historic stride toward building a future-ready, innovation-driven Gujarat

Gujarat marked a historic achievement today as the Gujarat Council on Science and Technology (GUJCOST) successfully filed 217 provisional patents in a single day, setting a new benchmark in the State's efforts to nurture innovation and build a robust intellectual property ecosystem.

The milestone event took place at Swarnim Sankul-1, Gandhinagar, in the esteemed presence of Hon'ble Minister of Forests, Environment, Climate Change and Science & Technology, Shri Arjunbhai Modhwadia, Smt. P. Bharathi, IAS, Secretary, Department of Science & Technology, and Dr. Narottam Sahoo, Adviser, GUJCOST.
