Poonch, May 2 -- Assistant Commissioner Development has informed that the local administration was going to propose more public toilets to add to the existing civic facilities in Mandi.

Responding to news report appearing in a section of press, it was informed that five public toilet complexes are already constructed under different schemes at Bus stand, Near Tehsil Complex, Near old Jamia Masjid, Irnarnia Park and near new Jamia Masjid in Mandi town.

However due to non availability of land at Sumo Stand Mandi no toilet complex has been constructed there. Moreover as mentioned in the Grievance there is a need of few more toilet complexes from Sumo Bus Stand Mandi to Mandir Market, for which this office will take up the matter with the G...
