India, July 17 -- Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has appealed to agricultural universities and research institutions to contribute to increasing agricultural productivity under the Prime Minister's Krishi Dhan-Dhanya Yojana. Addressing the fourth convocation ceremony of Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University in Pusa, Samastipur in Bihar today the Union Agriculture Minister stated that 100 districts have been selected under this scheme to enhance agricultural production and productivity, with the Union Cabinet approving it yesterday.
