ALIGARH, Jan. 26 -- long Fit India Week aimed at promoting physical fitness, mental well-being and a healthy lifestyle among students and faculty members.
The programme commenced with a yoga session focusing on flexibility, concentration and stress relief, followed by a Fit Walk from Babe Syed Gate to Centenary Gate, which saw enthusiastic participation from students and faculty. Fitness-related activities will be held daily from 10:30 am to 11:30 am during break hours throughout the week.
