India, May 28 -- Monash University is hosting a conference in Melbourne (2-3 June), Justice Denied - Fighting Widespread Impunity for Conflict-Related Sexual Violence (CRSV), co-hosted by The Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for the Elimination of Violence Against Women (CEVAW) and the Australian Institute of International Affairs Victoria (AIIA VIC).

The conference will focus on the relevance of the Women, Peace and Security agenda (WPS) in the Indo-Pacific and highlight Australian leadership in this region.

According to Monash University's Professor Jacqui True, Director of CEVAW, CRSV is an increasing issue in conflicts and politically fragile situations across the Indo-Pacific region.
