ALIGARH, May 16 -- A one-day workshop titled "How to Prepare for Examinations without Stress" was successfully organized by the Coaching and Guidance Cell of Viqarul Mulk Hall, Aligarh Muslim University. The workshop aimed to equip students with practical tools to manage examination-related stress, improve time management skills, and promote mental well-being.
