India, Feb. 16 -- Scholars Highlight Contributions of Hakim Ajmal Khan
Aligarh : The Faculty of Unani Medicine, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), organised a national symposium titled "Legacy of Unani Medicine" to mark Unani Day, celebrated on the birth anniversary of Masih-ul-Mulk Hakim Ajmal Khan. Speakers paid rich tributes to his outstanding medical contributions and highlighted the possibilities and opportunities for the expansion and strengthening of the Unani system of medicine.
The programme featured multiple academic sessions in which eminent scholars delivered lectures.
In the concluding session, winners of various sports competitions held during the Sports Week were felicitated and presented with medals and certificates.
