ALIGARH, Oct. 7 -- ALIGARH : A health talk on "Menstrual Hygiene andNutrition" was organized at the Panchayat Ghar, ManzurGarhi Village, under the leadership of Professor Uzma Eram, Chairperson, Department of Community Medicine, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), as part of theSwasth NariSashakt Pariwar programme.
Conducted by Dr Ayushi Gupta (JR-I), Dr Sreelakshmi K (JR-I), and Ms. Elma Khanam (MPH), under the supervision of Dr Subhoohi Afzal, Lady CMO, Urban Health Training Centre (UHTC), the session aimed to promote awareness on menstrual hygiene, dispel myths, and highlight the importance of nutrition in maintaining women's reproductive health.
