Aligarh, Dec. 29 -- day National Workshop titled"Introductory Workshop on General Relativity and Gravitation (IWGRG-2025)". Organized in collaboration with IUCAA, Pune, and supported by ANRF and CSIR.
Designed for postgraduate students, research scholars and early-career faculty, the workshop aimed to build a strong conceptual and mathematical grounding in Einstein's Theory of General Relativity and modern developments in gravitational physics. Sessions focused on cosmology, black hole mechanics, modified theories of gravity, gravitational waves and contemporary research frontiers; bridging classroom theory with active research challenges and emerging scientific questions.
