Aligarh, May 6 -- The Aligarh Muslim University Girls' School marked Menstrual Hygiene Day with a series of educational activities for students from Classes 5 to 8, organized under the guidance of Prof. Uzma Eram, Chairperson of the Department of Community Medicine, and Mrs. Amna Malik, Principal of AMU Girls' School. The event aimed to raise awareness about menstrual health, promote hygiene practices, reduce stigma, and empower young girls to manage their health confidently.
