Aligarh, Jan. 21 -- Aligarh : The Ali Society, Aligarh Muslim University, is organizing a series of competitive programmes on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Hazrat Ali to promote awareness about his life, teachings and ideals among students.
As part of the programme, an essay writing competition will take place on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 10 a.m. at the Faculty of Theology, while a poster making competition will be held simultaneously at CEC Complex, AMU.
Both competitions are open to undergraduate students and above.
The topic for the essay writing competition is "Self-Assessment in the Light of Nahj al-Balagha", while the poster making competition will be held on the theme "Hazrat Ali: The Valiant Warrior of Islam."
