Kulgam, Feb. 19 -- Kulgam :Mohammad Afzal Parray, Chairman District Development Council (DDC) Kulgam, visited Adijan Kulgam to review the progress of the ongoing construction of a public library being developed at an estimated cost of Rs.10.00 lakh under his DDC Grants.
