India, June 26 -- In a landmark step towards strengthening livelihoods in rural India and promoting economic self-reliance among women, the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) and the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi.
