Mumbai, April 8 -- Rinshul Chandra, Chief Operating Officer of Zomato's food delivery vertical, has stepped down from his role, the company said in a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Chandra resigned on April 5, and his last working day will be April 7, 2025.

The resignation letter, addressed to Zomato founder and CEO Deepinder Goyal, was included in the filing.

While Zomato continues to use the same brand name and app for its food delivery business, the corporate entity has been renamed Eternal.

The filing made to the exchange also carried the Eternal branding.

The company has not yet named a successor.
