India, Aug. 12 -- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a detailed discussion on bilateral ties and ongoing conflict with Russia during his telephone conversation with Indian PM Narendra Modi.
"I had a long conversation with the Prime Minister of India @narendramodi. We discussed in detail all important issues - both of our bilateral cooperation and the overall diplomatic situation. I am grateful to the Prime Minister for his warm words of support for our people," Zelenskyy wrote on X.
He informed Modi about the recent Russian strike on Ukraine and mentioned that Moscow is only showing the desire to 'occupation and killing' rather than reachig a ceasefire.
