India, Sept. 5 -- A video has now gone viral where a white woman can be seen coming out in support of an Indian man who was facing harassment in Canada, media reports said.

In the video, the Indian man has been identified as a Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) supervisor.

The man could be seen being video-recorded and harassed by an unidentified person.

When the unknown abuser was recording him, the woman confronted the person and said: "Leave him alone! Leave him alone. Really!"

The man could be heard saying in the video: "It's a free country. I can take the video I want. Don't touch my phone."

She even claimed in the video that her boyfriend is an Indian.
