India, June 24 -- The United States is threatening India with what one senator has called an "economic bunker-buster"-a dramatic tariff strike if New Delhi continues to buy Russian oil, according to an Economic Times.

India faces the prospect of crippling 500% tariffs on all its exports to the US under a new bipartisan sanctions bill gaining traction in Washington.
