India, Nov. 25 -- US President Donald Trump said on Monday that he has accepted an invitation from Chinese President Xi Jinping to visit Beijing in April, following a telephone conversation between the two leaders.

Trump said the call covered a range of issues, including the Ukraine conflict, fentanyl, and purchases of American soybeans. The conversation comes weeks after their meeting in South Korea at the end of October.

On Truth Social, Trump wrote: "I just had a very good telephone call with President Xi, of China. We discussed many topics including Ukraine/Russia, Fentanyl, Soybeans and other Farm Products, etc."
