India, July 4 -- Fans are expected to wait a bit longer for Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma to return to action this year since the limited-overs series against Bangladesh seems to be cancelled or postponed over the diplomatic tension between the neighbouring nations in recent years.
The tour was scheduled to be held between August 17 to 31.
India was scheduled to travel across the border to play three ODIs and a T20 series.
While no official announcement has been made, preparations for the short white-ball series scheduled for next month have been put on ice by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), reported Cricbuzz.
