India, March 4 -- A top Ukrainian official said on Tuesday that Kyiv is in touch with European allies over military aid supply after the US paused it following a fiery spat between President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his American counterpart Donald Trump during a meeting in the White House last week.

He said Ukraine has not stopped overlooking the possibility of negotiations with American counterparts over the issue.

Ukrainian presidential adviser Mykhailo Pdolyak said Ukraine has already faced prolonged suspensions of the US military aid programs and has learned to adapt to such situations.
