India, Aug. 1 -- At least five people, including three women, have been arrested over the killing of a Sikh man in Ilford, East London.

Police earlier said they believe the target and the accused people were known to each other.

The deceased person was identified as 30-year-old Gurmuk Singh, known as Gary.

Police Singh suffered multiple stabbings at a residential property on Felbrigge Road.

On July 23, Police have arrested a man named Amardeep Singh, 27, of Redbridge, IG3 on suspicion of murder.

He remains in custody and is due to appear at the Old Bailey for trial on January 5.
