Kolkata/IBNS, May 19 -- Sonar Kellay Jawker Dhan, the third franchise of the 'Jawker Dhan' series directed by Sayantan Ghosal, got its trailer launched last Friday in the presence of its lead cast and crew.

The film is a spin-off of Satyajit Ray's masterpiece Sonar Kella, and it is set to make a theatrical release on May 30 this year.

Starring Shaheb Chattopadhyay and Suprobhat Das (as Mukul Dhar), the adventure of Ray continues as Mukul Dhar, who is now a middle-aged man, still finds his fate hanging by a thread of danger as he's haunted by the visions of a hidden treasure.
