India, Feb. 18 -- After years of stalled plans due to high import taxes and logistical hurdles, Tesla appears to be gearing up for its long-awaited India entry.

The company has posted 13 job openings on LinkedIn, spanning customer-facing and back-end roles across Mumbai and Delhi.

The hiring push follows Tesla CEO Elon Musk's meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his U.S. visit.
