Bengaluru, March 6 -- Bengaluru South MP Tejasvi Surya married Carnatic vocalist and Bharatanatyam dancer Sivasri Skandaprasad in a traditional ceremony in Bengaluru.

The wedding was attended by several political leaders, including BJP figures Annamalai, Pratap Simha, Amit Malaviya, BY Vijayendra, and Union Minister V Somanna.

Skandaprasad, also a trained Bharatanatyam dancer, holds a bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from Sastra University but pursued a career in the performing arts.

She reportedly earned a Bharatanatyam degree from the University of Madras and has amassed a significant online following, with 1.13 lakh followers on Instagram and over two lakh subscribers on YouTube.
